![]() ![]() To be honest the Knife throwers aren't that bad I have far more troubles with those Hand guys, but I'll just have to get used to them. I wanted to play the older version just to rust off my skills while not being salty about dying. Oh I see, thank you for your reply, I'll just have to git gud. because of the messed up balance, and so on. And previous version are much more demanding and annoying than 1.2-1.3v. Anyway later biomes have much tougher enemies than some knife thrower, who dies after singe hit. You will see, they are pretty easy to deal with, but removing a challenge won't make you a better in game. And as you start to panic it only gets worse. Slower weapons, or melee in general, tends to have you eat damage. That one enemy makes playing anything but a fast shooting ranged weapon rather taxing, and that's if you can tag them before they shoot you. Apparently you don’t need Dead Cells to install the other DLC’s but you do need Dead Cells to install the Rise of the Giant DLC. Likely the Knife Throwers causing problems. DLC is integral part of the Dead Cells, like the rest of the updates. Originally posted by override604:You can't. Nowadays game is much more balanced, optimized, have more weapons, skills and mutation. If you really want to play some previous versions, you would have to download it outside of steam, or use steam and play in offline mode, there was some guide to this, how to download previous versions of the game. It's called DLC, but really it's just bigger update with a bunch of fresh stuff. It's not a DLC, as it's optional add-on, like in some other games. ![]() I tried to validate the game data, I re-installed the game and it's still there.ĭid anyone have this issue as well? You can't. My issue is that even when I have uninstalled it I still have it in the game and I can't find any way to "turn it off". I really enjoy the DLC but since it has been a few months I've last played Dead Cells I got really bad at it and I need to build my skills again so I decided to uninstall the new DLC. After a long pause in playing I came back to this game to find a new great DLC. ![]()
